Dangote begins Reconstruction of Lagos Wharf Road, Apapa (Photos)

Recall that Federal Government had granted Dangote tax relief to reconstruct the defunct Apapa road. It seems the agreement has taken effect as Dangote Group has commenced reconstruction work.
